By accessing or using the VOIDEX website ("voidexcheats.com") and any products, software, or services offered through it (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product for personal use only. Each license key is tied to a single hardware ID (HWID) and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. VOIDEX reserves the right to revoke your license at any time if you violate these Terms.

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any VOIDEX product.
  • Share, resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key or account credentials to any third party.
  • Use the Service to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to exploit, hack, or disrupt the VOIDEX infrastructure, website, or delivery systems.
  • Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during purchase.

    • All content, software, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks on the Service are owned by VOIDEX and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from any VOIDEX materials without prior written consent.

    VOIDEX strives to maintain uptime and functionality of all products. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Products may experience downtime due to game updates, maintenance, or anti-cheat changes. We aim to restore service as quickly as possible but are not liable for any losses during downtime.

    The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. VOIDEX disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOIDEX and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, game account bans, or hardware issues.

    VOIDEX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, VOIDEX, or third parties.

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
