Online — Fully functional and undetected. Safe to load and play.
Updating — Game patched recently and we are pushing a build. Usually back within 1–4 hours.

Every product is monitored around the clock by a heartbeat service that pings our authentication servers, licence API and loader endpoints every 30 seconds. Two consecutive failures flip a product to Updating and page the dev team. Incident reports go to the VOIDEX Discord first.
