Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, VOIDEX does not offer refunds once a license key or account credentials have been delivered to your email.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital product that is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned."

We will issue a full refund or replacement in the following cases where the issue is caused by VOIDEX:

  • Product not delivered — You did not receive your license key or account credentials after purchase, and our support team confirms the delivery failure was on our end.
  • Wrong product delivered — You received a product different from what you ordered.
  • Duplicate charge — You were charged more than once for the same order due to a system error.
  • Product fundamentally broken — The product does not function as described and our team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

    • 3. What Does Not Qualify for a Refund

  • Change of mind or no longer wanting the product
  • Being banned in a game (VOIDEX products are undetected, but we cannot control game publisher actions)
  • Temporary downtime due to game updates (we restore service as quickly as possible)
  • Failure to follow setup instructions or system requirements
  • Purchasing the wrong product or plan tier without contacting support first
  • Issues caused by third-party software, hardware, or network configurations

  • Email voidex@voidexcheats.com or join our Discord server
  • Open a support ticket in the #create-ticket channel — our support page walks through every channel
  • Provide your order email, order ID, and a clear description of the issue
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours

    • Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all VOIDEX services. We encourage you to reach out to us first — we're happy to resolve legitimate issues quickly.
