In GTA V singleplayer, there is no anti-cheat and no ban risk — the worst that happens is you crash the game. On FiveM, every server has some form of AC, admin oversight and hardware / CitizenFX ID logging.

GTA 6 will run Rockstar's own online mode behind BattlEye, an anti-cheat process on your own machine, which rules out injected trainers entirely — GTA 6 mods have to be delivered by a fully external menu, and hardware bans there are permanent rather than a server-level matter.
